I have more
than 10 years of experience assisting people with a wide array of
problems. My work has introduced me to people as young as 3 years of age, but has focused on adolescents and young adults.
Taking a solution-oriented,
practical approach, I love helping people identify and attain their goals, reaching changes that help rather than hinder. I believe that change is a life-long process, allowing us to continually learn and grow. I do not think any of us fully attains all of our goals, as we are constantly discovering new ones through the experiences that we face.
When you are through
changing, you are through.

My experience has taught me that each of us is an expert on
ourselves, but that we sometimes need help from others to become the best that we
can be. Compassionate, calm, direct, and
humorous are just a few of the ways that clients have described me. I have extensive experience in a number of
settings including clinics, in-patient, incarceration, and schools.
Having lived
and traveled extensively throughout America, Europe, and Asia, I bring a
world-view that embraces cultural diversity, individualism, and
spirituality. I love learning about
peoples’ worlds and would welcome the opportunity to learn about yours and to
help expand your horizons.
It is better to
travel well than to arrive.
